Speechless

What else do you say? You've spoken. You've said what you heard God say...in His Word. You've studied...to show...yourself approved, even if others don't...study or approve. Sometimes others have studied, but don't approve and others approve who haven't studied. What makes the Word you speak powerful enough to get God's attention even if it doesn't get others? Is it the studying? Is it the title or subject, the approval rating of what people want rather than what they need? Here is something to consider from the Bible. Ecclesiastes 12:10-14 "10 Kohelet worked to develop an attractive writing style, in which he expressed the truth straightforwardly.

11 The sayings of the wise are as sharp as goads, and those given by leaders of assemblies are like well-fixed nails; [in this case,] they are presented by a single shepherd.

12 In addition, my son, take heed: one can write many books - there's no end to it; and one can study so much that it wearies the flesh.

13 Here is the final conclusion, now that you have heard everything: fear God, and keep his mitzvot; this is what being human is all about.

That presented, is it even the "attractive writing style" or how "straightforwardly" it is put? There is a theme throughout the Bible and of the Prophets, of God, of the Patriarchs and Matriarchs, of the apostles and the leadership of the believers of the Way...of Jesus Christ. John the Baptist came to shine the light after 400yrs of darkness. God offered it to Adam and Eve when they went into hiding. It is riddled through Revelation and specifically to most church's. It is..."straightforwardly"...Repent. Fear God and keep HIS commandments, although Jesus Christ and him crucified is our only salvation. Grace is given because, although no one has ever seen God, Jesus Christ, who came from the bosom of the Father has made Him known, revealed, real. The very heart of the Father was sent to mankind to amend for our sin and turn from temptation before it became outward sin or an indwelling dwelling.

What is the attraction of Repentance? Grace, Mercy, Justice, Love, His Faithfulness even when we are faithless, an advocate with the Father of our spirit, and an understanding of our flesh, but with an expectation to live in repentant lifestyle that is only available through relationship in prayer, in reading in hearing and in obedience...to God. The "study" of God is to study the goodness of His offer of Repentance, and the "approval" is found only in Jesus Christ and a life lived repentantly...as displayed by Job the blameless and Paul, the killer of saints.
